Stay clear of these! 1- let the tenants move in without a signed tenancy agreement. 2- never did a background check on the 2nd tenant. 3- sent us a property report which stated the time and date they visited the property (they never even stepped foot near the property) 4- no-one knew what was going on with the new tenancy act took weeks to get a response from them as to who was sending it out to the tenants. 5- hide the exit fee of £825+VAT 6- given that we want to leave as we have to trust or confidence in them- they are holding our tenant’s deposit as ‘hostage’ until we agree to pay the exit fee. STAY CLEAR STAY CLEAR STAY CLEAR!!!
