If you are a tenant do not use a letting agency that use this company m, it will be very likely they are as dodgy as these. They offer no support in dispute contests in relation to tenants and landlords. To give a clearer a picture, my daughter rented a room and was complaining about the extensive mould for a year, the letting agency did nothing.
