Avoid This “Scheme”
My first and last time using a deposit replacement service! Tenants left the place as if they had no deposit to protect. They passed references ok and on inspection not too bad! But on leaving Carpets needed replacing due to smelling of urine rotting food left in oven and fridge filthy broken hob, pet damaged wallpaper bedroom painted black! Full evidence sent! Claim rejected. £1600 down including 4 weeks empty getting tradesmen to start repairs and replacing carpets I couldn’t claim for as “it was too late” in comparison recent tenant with “proper deposit left place spotless” lesson learned! Final straw! Selling up… a shame that this experience means I would never allow a tenant to use reposit again. I would never take the risk..

As with a traditional cash deposit, please note that the deadlines issued with each Reposit must be respected and we send several reminders as these deadlines draw to a close. If it was in fact too late to make a claim on your Reposit, we won't be able to ensure that the insurance cover is honoured.
