Contacted Ewe Move Brighouse on a Wednesday AM via lived chat and requested a viewing for a property in Clifton.
3 days later I have not heard anything. Contacted them again and the person I got in touch with had no idea who I was a said they could not access the system. I’m sure the vendors would not be impressed, I certainly am not

I tried the number that you typed into the live chat six times on April 1st, but I kept receiving an 'invalid number' tone.
I also sent an email to the email address you provided but that bounced back as undeliverable.
Sadly because the two contact details you provided didn't work I had no other way of getting in touch.
I've spoken to team and they couldn't find the details when you called because the correct phone number and email address didn't match the ones from the live chat. Apologies for the confusion, I can see why both you and the person you spoke to were confused.

I spoke to the owners about this yesterday when I met them at the house for a bank holiday viewing.
