Very good estate agents that were really helpful and attentive during my two years as their tenant. The team are friendly and really do everything they can to make the renting process as easy as possible. There were sometimes slight delays in contacting of the right team member through email, but once the message got through they were always a tremendous help. Their incident-reporting system for any repairs is probably the best I've used in my ten years of renting, and they were quick to refund my deposit at the end of my tenancy.

For example if you email lettings@yournest.co.uk it will take time to respond as we receive well over 100 enquiries into that inbox each day and it is reserved exclusively for property enquiries. Our emails addresses are as follows: Lettings@yournest.co.uk - Property enquiries Info@yournest.co.uk - Administration and applications Accounts@yournest.co.uk - Rent payment issues usually maintenance@yournest.co.uk - Maintenance issues, although these are usually dealt with via the app as you correctly mention.
