I recently sold my home with Your Move Darwen. What a fantastic team they are. My first sale didn't go through. This was my choice entirely. I was left in a horrible situation a few days before Christmas by a buyer messing me around. The man I was buying off was also left in a complete mess. He was poorly, sleeping on the floor due to no fault of his own. I'd had enough of her games so pulled the sale. A company called Davison's Birmingham had done our conveyancing and given us a completion date of 16/12/24. Your Move staff were nothing but kind and caring during, what was probably one of the most dreadful things I'd ever experienced. It was heartbreaking knowing an old man thought he was moving to his retirement home, had thrown all his furniture away, and was sleeping rough on the floor at Christmas. Everyone at Your Move got involved and tried their best to resolve the situation. None of it was their fault even. They're all hard workers and a wonderful team. My buyer could have signed but wouldn't till January. I have moved now and I am happy. I even got a bit more for my house too in the end. I wouldn't hesitate to use Your Move again.
