Poor poor communication. We offered the guide price on a property. A response was chased for day after day for over a week. Finally we were informed; after insisting that we have a response, the property was no longer available as it had been sold privately. All very suspect. Say no more! If you want clear communicative agents i'd avoid this lot.

Set up a go fund me page to fund himself!! After letting a 90 year old man be a guarantee! Avoid like the plague

Never ever rent from these ever!!!!!! They make out like they care until they take your deposit and that's it after that if you have a complaint a problem they don't want to know don't believe what you saw on tv trust me I've been a tenant lasted no longer than a year with them AVOID

Very unprofessional, I arranged a viewing for the property a day after it was put on the market. Was not sent an confimration email it was taken down from 'Rght Move' a day after. We had to arrange work schedule to view the property. Was informed 2 hours that my viewing was cancelled!!!! Not a fair system that they implemenr at all

A nightmare to be a tenant of one of their property. Disregard the contract, no repairs are done. Minus 5 if I could.

Was told me and my partner could take the property but when cailing to pay the deposit we was told we couldn't take the property without a guarantor. Got very excited to move into to a lovely home to then be told no after being told yes. very frustrating
