Having read all previous negative reviews with regards to ALE personally I think maybe these people are more than likely to be victims of their own idiocy. I found my experience with the purchase of my second house to be a great one,staff were amazing with a great friendly telephone manner and its safe to say I actually enjoyed speaking to the ladies who work there. Louise was the little gem that looked after my purchase and was not only empathetic towards me with regards to my useless solicitors but also gave me reassurance and helped push the case forward. All emails or phone calls were returned in a timely fashion as promised. In all honesty I could not fault them well done and thanks again ladies !

I have known Paul and Deborah for many years on a personal and professional level. Their houses to let are immaculate and the service provided to tenants is second to none. My previous letting agents were apalling at managing the property Which I rented, They never dealt with any issues raised or problems with the house. Ainsworth were not only fantastic during the letting process But they are also great and very responsive When dealing with any issues (of which are few) with the property I rent now. Absolutely brilliant team I would highly recommend there services to anybody wishing to rent in the local area. They are not only fantastic business people they are also very charitable within the community.

What a fantastic team, we have nothing but praise for this company. From start to finish we were given a great, professional service. When we met Debra we knew we where going to be in good hands, the pictures taken on a 360 degree camera were very impressive and definitely helped us gain many hits on the internet which in turn generated plenty of interest, after each potential buyer was shown round we were promptly given any feedback in a constructive and informative manner. Our house sold in 6 weeks what more can you say!!

I can't praise Deborah and her team enough with what they have done for me over the past few years. I contacted Deborah in regard to renting my house within the month the photos had been taken and my house was on, then within 2 months I had 12 applicants and together the right applicant was found. I have successfully rented my house out for over 3 years without any issues and now it is on the market and I have my first viewing. I really can't praise the team enough xxx

The team at Ainsworth Lord Estates have been great during my stay in one of their properties. I rented out the property at the start of November but at the start of January I was told my location for work was going to change which would mean that I had to re-locate as it would cost too much petrol and time to travel from Darwen each day. I approached the team with this and they put all the necessary arrangements in place so I could do this. Every member of staff at the office are always very polite and very approachable whenever there was a problem!! Absolutely loved my stay!! Thanks once again Paul and the team for all your support!! Would recommend to anybody. Not only were they very efficient in setting up house viewings for the ones i picked out myself, but they also kept a keen eye on the market and offered me houses i had missed myself that matched my specific needs. All the staff have been helpful throughout the process, especially Deborah and Lisa who were more than happy to help whether on the phone or face to face in the office.
