Martin Orchard, who will be responsible for running the Danbury Office, has 15 years of experience as a company director running a successful residential sales and lettings business across two offices in Chelmsford and Danbury. Martin lives nearby in South Woodham Ferrers where he has resided for the past 39 years, so knows the area and surrounding villages extremely well, as well as having built up a network of useful contacts. Martin holds both the NAEA license for Sales as well as the ARLA license for lettings, so can offer expert advice. Alongside Martin is his Spouse Alison, also a previous company director with similar experience. Alison’s role will be mainly focused with local marketing as well as progressing sales through to legal exchange of contracts liaising with solicitors, other agents and buyers and sellers. This is a crucial role to ensure a successful sale as well as providing a high level of personal customer service. As a local agent we understand the importance of supporting the village and will continue to support the local schools and advertise their events and fairs, as well as the sports and social centre, including the farmers markets and Christmas Fayre, and the associated bowls club. Other associations we are proud to support are the Danbury Art Society and the Church Flower Festival.
