Martin completely changed my perception of Estate Agents. He conducted himself with honesty and integrity throughout, more often than not in extremely trying circumstances. every single phone call or message was returned, every concern listened to. The marketing was excellent, we achieved bang on the asking price, and even better he was keeping us informed of other events in the chain right up until today. Chris was absolutely fantastic. It took us awhile to sell our house but he kept us motivated and always rang with a positive word. In the end he negotiated us the best price and we then moved to Alison in the post-sales team. Alison was also brilliant and chased every part of the chain for us regularly, always keeping us updated as she went. Overall we couldn't have asked for better agents and would thoroughly recommend them.
