Ricky dealt with the sale of my property (Dagenham branch) whilst I also bought another property within the Balgores group (Romford branch). From beginning to end, Ricky was a star. He clearly knows what he is talking about when it comes to the property market and he made it his mission to cut out the fluff of selling a house. He made the entire process effortless and even went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions. One example (out of many) - was printing paperwork for me to sign and sending it to my solicitors for me. He was never obligated to do so, especially with items regarding my purchase. So although this is was a small gesture on his part - this was very much appreciated from my self as I do not have a printer at home, nor could I leave the house due to the pandemic. Ricky was polite, professional and punctual at all times. He did everything in his power to ensure that everything went smoothly. All in all, Ricky was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is clearly a great asset to the Balgores group and is a stellar example of how an estate agent should conduct their work. I highly recommend Ricky and his team at Balgores Dagenham! Femi Aladeokin from balgores was with me from the beginning of the process of viewing the property to collecting the keys and I can only highly recommend the team. Femi was accommodating and efficient, from dealing with my queries to acting as middle man between the solicitors to move things along as quickly as possible. Once again highly recommended.
