He clearly knows what he is talking about when it comes to the property market and he made it his mission to cut out the fluff of selling a house. He made the entire process effortless and even went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions. One example (out of many) - was printing paperwork for me to sign and sending it to my solicitors for me. He was never obligated to do so, especially with items regarding my purchase. So although this is was a small gesture on his part - this was very much appreciated from my self as I do not have a printer at home, nor could I leave the house due to the pandemic. Ricky was polite, professional and punctual at all times. He did everything in his power to ensure that everything went smoothly. All in all, Ricky was an absolute pleasure to work with.
