From day one Femi has been superb, our sale came about as a result of a bereavement and he was empathetic and polite from the very first time we met him. A professional person and perhaps more importantly a very nice man. And more recently Louise the sales progressor in the team who got the sale over the line in the same professional and polite manner. We were kept informed throughout and they respond quickly to any questions you have which takes away so much of the stress that a house move can otherwise bring. My friend just bought a house with Balgores agency in Dagenham. Because she doesn't speak English very well, this purchase was so stressful for her. But hugest thanks to the excellent employees of the agency, the tension was reduced to a minimum. Special thanks to Georgia, who helped a lot in filling out the documents personally.
