I am most grateful to this wonderful team at Balgores! My situation was different from most of the people who would look for rent. This did not stop the team at Balgores to know more about me and to find ways to help me to secure a suitable property for me and my family. They showed much understanding, active listening and genuine care. Moreover, the letting agent who dealt with my tenancy managed to work closely with my council housing agent to support me to secure the tenancy. This was done in a very smooth way so no pressure was felt. The property identified is also lovely and clean. All too good standards. I will never be able to thank the team for all their support and express in words how much their support meant for my family.
