I had the utmost pleasure working with Femi and his team. Although our plans to sell changed, I feel it important to let everyone know how diligent and hard working the Balgores Team are. Everyone was helpful and accommodating to our needs. They did their very best and kept us updated throughout. We will definitely be selling with Balgores again

I just want to state my experience as its quite positive and reasonable. I met Emily Whittaker and whose responses from the start was super encouraging, she handled my viewing and property through Balgores Lettings professionally and I considered her attitude to business as second to none. Above all, I did not only got the property through her at last but enjoyed the process all along as regular updates was provided through her involvement and intervention from start to finish. This is the reason I will be bold enough to encourage anyone rent or buy property/ies through Balgores Lettings Ltd

We had a really positive experience with the team .They were professional, responsive, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Communication was clear and they made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. We especially appreciated how quickly they answered questions and handled issues. Would definitely recommend. If you go to Balgores ask for Rayyan !
