My property has been looked after by this Agent for nearly 10 years and I am always happy with the service they provide and how quickly they respond to any issues I may have and then resolved promptly. I have used Ashton’s for quite a few years now and I absolutely cannot fault them! I moved out of the area and my properties are now not within traveling distance but Ashtons make it feel like they don’t need to be. They manage everything so smoothly and I’m kept up to date with every issue and requirement, it makes being a private landlord an absolute breeze. Can not recommend them enough!

My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Balgores. From start to finish the whole process was smooth, professional and completely stress free. A special mention has to go to Nikola, who was truly outstanding. She was incredibly friendly, approachable and always quick to respond to any questions or queries we had. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her communication made the entire experience feel easy and reassuring. I can’t recommend Balgores Dagenham team enough, me and my brother had such bad experience almost gave up, but Femi, Raj and Fozia really helped us and finally we have our first home. Thanks guys
