I give you 4 stars as your Company always organises my apartment and find me new tenants when required. However I was surprised to find that after seeing variuos photos taken of the kitchen after the last tennant, there were more marks/scratches etc on some of the kitchen cupboards that i didn't know about. I realise also that as its a rental property some of this surface damage is to be expected.

Amazing, getting a new boiler fitted as old one is finished. Been with Belvoir almost ten years, no complaints, very efficient in dealing with an issues in the house, friendly and helpful.
