I had been with belvoir for approx 4 years and throughout my time there, the customer service was exceptional. We had Lucy mainly look after any of our issues and we couldn't have asked for someone better. Not only Lucy but other staff that needed to come in and help us also were exceptional. We regularly recieved property inspections just checking on the property and the guy that came (can't remember name) was also brilliant, he wasnt just in to check the property and leave he actually took the time and spoke about things and took the time to speak to my children. Never once did we have to repeat ourselves when a maintenance issue arose with the property, it was always dealt with within the same week. Overall I will certainly be returning to belvoir as they are a top notch firm/team of people who really same to care about their tenants. As a landlord I have used Belvoir for 5 years and have found Nick Horan and his team to be first class. I want my tenants to be happy and any problems that may arise dealt with in a timely manner. Until now all issues have been handled professionally, efficiently and always in a friendly manner.

My wife has been using the Dundee office since 2012 and have found the staff to be very helpful with even the small things (beyond their remit) that they needn't help with. If any of our tenants ever had a problem the "girls" would get it fixed without any dramas. We have had an instance where a tenant had left behind debt to British Gas which we were paying until Lucy got on the case. Well done all at Belvoir.

I have been renting out a small flat in Dundee for well over 10 years through a very effective team in Belvoir. Over that period, the team has impressed me consistently with the alacrity with which they informed me of the need for repairs or replacement items, and the speed with which action was taken. When visiting the flat recently I was well pleased to find the flat in excellent nick (or was that Nick).

Belvoir managed the rental of our property for 5 years while we were living abroad. Not only did they manage the tenants but they ensured that the property was well maintained during this period. The staff dealt with all issues on our behalf with a high level of professionalism. All communication with Belvoir was efficient and we would certainly recommend them to any landlords.

I left Dundee around 14 years ago at which point I handed my property over to the very capable team at Belvoir Lettings. They have been excellent and I trust them implicitly. The current tenants have been in the property for 6 years and have no intention of moving. The property is “fully managed” and despite being away with work a lot and not easily contactable I know that if something goes wrong it will be dealt with swiftly and professionally. Due to their location, other agents look after my other properties - they don’t come close to Belvoir Dundee. Thank you!

I rented off them for some years and they always kind and helpful to me from when I first arrive in this country. Any problems fixed and looked after property, best landlords I have had and sorry to be leaving to go home.

Recently had dealings with BELVOIR Dundee office, asked for them to source a new tenant for our flat.They managed to arrange all work such as decorating,electrical work plus additional legally required jobs ,find / move in my New tenant all in 8 weeks.Very good taking into account the work that had to be done.I had cause to speak with at least 5 staff members,all giving great service,very polite and professional.Top marks to the BELVOIR team, A BIG THANK YOU.
