He provided a realistic appraisal of the value the property and advised the correct asking price to attract interest quickly. Unlike many other estate agents, he provided a no nonsense approach and was transparent with the commission fees. He demonstrated expert negotiation skills with potential buyers and he was highly motivated to achieve the best sale price for the property. I was kept fully appraised of feedback from the viewings. Once the offer was accepted, James took over to progress the sale. The buyer had quite a few demands and James kept calm negotiating with both the buyer and solicitors using his expert legal insight.
