Extremely happy with Martin and Co. I had a terrible, inexperienced Letting Agent the year before managing my property and tenant and the amount of stress it caused was truly unexplainable. Martin and Co swiftly took the contract and their experience certainly showed. They manage extremely well so that Landlords get what they pay for. They also understand the humanity of putting the needs of the tenant first. Would highly recommend in the Thornton Heath area for an easy life, as the area is not an easy Borough at all. Special thanks to James who was my initial contact at a very difficult time.
