I have used James at Martin & Co for my last 2 lettings at my flat. I gave him detailed instructions for the type of tenant I was looking for and he understood that completely. There was no time wasting and everything dealt with professionally and "By the Book". The Co have a very good knowledge of the area and are realistic about price.
