I instructed Martin & Co to act as managing agents for my property in Crystal Palace, and then to act as estate agents on the sale in March. I have been really impressed with the standard of service James and his team consistently delivered. They have utterly shown up the other (supposedly more upmarket) management agents that my girlfriend uses by, among many other things, demonstrating fantastic initiative, using their experience to preempt issues, being incredibly responsive, always providing insightful advice on what to do during some challenging issues and otherwise generally building tremendous trust with me and with the tenant that they have already foreseen and addressed any issues that may arise. I have been equally impressed by James's service as an estate agent, particularly as it only took one viewing to sell the flat and a mere 8 weeks for the transaction to go through, very much to his credit and due in no small part to his assistance with queries and generally prodding the buyers along. Would not hesitate to recommend and indeed I have, as we have now replaced the agents on the other property with Martin & Co! A pleasure to work with.
