2025: An update with further accolades! In July 2024, our ground floor flat was flooded by faulty plumbing in the flat above. Martin and Co were fantastic in responding to the immediate emergency: ensuring the tenants' safety and minimising property damage. But they were absolutely outstanding when it came to the months that followed - identifying and managing repair works, liaising with the freeholder's building insurance loss adjusters. The outcome could not have been more positive: the works were successfully completed to a high standard and the claim was fully reimbursed. We then proceeded to sell the flat and Martin & Co were again fantastic - swift, efficient, and, when the masters of diplomacy when it came to tricky negotiations weeks before completion. We could not recommend them more highly. 2023: We can't speak more highly of Martin & Co at Crystal Palace. From the very first phone call everyone in the office has been exceptionally professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing us the best possible support as new landlords.
