We have used Martin & Co as a buyer, landlord and then a seller! Throughout the years James and the team have been fantastic. We needed advice along the way and it was always given in the most professional and thoughtful way. We had a long drawn out sale as buyers, and then a long drawn out sale when we sold the same property some years later. James was in constant contact with us, the buyer, our solicitors and everyone in between to chase things along. Viewings weren’t always easy with the tenants but we got there in the end. Michael was very prompt at writing up any feedback on the online portal and answering questions when needed. When we used the management services as landlords we also had a very good experience and felt reassured the flat was in safe hands while we were living abroad.
