Streets ahead listened to my requirements with respect to finding an investment opportunity with potential either for development uplift or to create into a multi unit investment. They quickly found me a deal quite quickly and were very supportive in helping me arrange multiple viewings and to negotiate good terms with the vendor to help us get the deal over the line. Due to the complicated nature of the transaction, the transaction took a long time to complete and we had to deal with a very difficult and non responsive freeholder, and Streets ahead, and in particular the sales progressor, a lady called Saphire King Harris, was extremely supportive, proactive, helpful and patient in dealing with the other side and their lawyers.
