We recently sold our property through Streets Ahead. We were very happy with their service. Initially I dealt with Harley Perrio who was very fast to put the flat on the market for us. After which Saphire King-Harris did the follow up. I was very pleased with the customer service. Communication was excellent. Saphire was always available and continually in contact with me with updates and follow up. The buyers were very tiresome with numerous ongoing queries, however Saphire handled and sorted out all the issues. I found Saphire to be very efficient with the way she kept everyone informed and pushed things through us. Earlier in the year we rented through Streets Ahead in Addiscombe, and we have now just completed on a purchase of a property also through Streets Ahead. Patrick assisted us with the rental side of things, and Saphire-King Harris (Sales Progressor) helped with our purchase. The purchase was very complicated (involving multiple people in the chain) and it took nearly 10 months to complete. During this time, Saphire was fantastic in keeping us updated, and she coordinating our purchase with absolute professionalism and we would like to thank her personally. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with - cool, calm, and professional - particularly during the latter stages of the purchase which became quite stressful as everything had to fall into place on one particular date. Without Saphire's help our purchase may have easily fallen through, or dragged on for many more months. Streets Ahead are lucky to have her! When / if we come to sell our property in the future, we will definitely use Streets Ahead.

It all started with Harley Perrio, who, unlike other estate agents we dealt with, listened to our requirements and remained in constant contact with us while he looked for the perfect property for us. Once he had found it and our offer had been accepted we were passed on to Saphire King-Harris who continued the outstanding service. Just like Harley, she was available at all times during the purchase, including answering my e mails when she was off sick.
