I had a very short time to flat hunt. On my way down from Glasgow, Scotland at about 5pm on Monday, I contacted Bradley Snape, spoke about my interest in a property street ahead posted online, we booked a viewing for Wednesday as I only had two days and about ten viewings lined up with other agencies. Bradley was very down to earth and very friendly, this made the house viewing experience enjoyable. I was of the intention that I was only going to see one flat, but Bradley surpassed my expectation within the hour we blocked out for the viewing I saw 4 different properties within my location proximity and also within my budget. They all differed, one with a patio, one without but with a balcony, one with neither a patio or balcony. I was ready to pick one of the first three, however the last house viewed was the best, that i selected. I am glad I saw it last. It had both a balcony and a back garden the size of a 5- aside pitch, it is located within walking distance of both a train and tram station, and also surrounded by a park. I will be recommending street ahead to friends looking for a house and I strongly believe Bradley Snape is a great asset to the organisation, he even took out time to show me the Manor close to the property, such a great guy.

Streets Ahead were well organised and prompt, as well as friendly! We were specifically working with Catherine who was extremely responsive, often replying to emails and scheduling viewings within minutes! A positive experience all round, I have no complaints.

Went through Streets Ahead for our new rental property. We originally deal with Rayaan Hafeez and he was great. Really good communication and kept us in the loop on the progress and any updates he had. He then passed us onto his colleague Zeenat Malik when it came to the final stages (payment, collecting keys etc), and she was very helpful as well. Would certainly deal with these guys again.
