My Boyfriend and I were looking for our first property to rent together, looking to move out as soon as possible. After a lot of false starts, no show viewings and poor customer service from several estate agents, we were feeling a stressed and also that it was hopeless. However we kept looking, and we found a property on rightmove that again, was in our budget. We got a call from Natalie Sanders from Streets Ahead first thing that morning, and for the first time we experienced someone who was actually happy to answer our questions, and to suggest similar alternatives that we may not have looked at, and someone who in general was very friendly and approachable. When the initial flat we looked at had another offer accepted she actually managed to squeeze in another viewing later the same day, which was absolutely brilliant. Streets Ahead found us new rental property and Layla Manning was professional, competent and efficient.

Saw the property on Zoopla and contacted the agent immediately, we were assigned Sean Ryan who worked quickly to arrange a viewing. We met an impeccably dressed Sean who greeted us with the warmest welcome. Once inside he took control of the viewing, it was clear he had done his homework and could speak passionately and freely about the property, a skill most other agents lacked. We came away and met Sean an hour later in The Streets Ahead HQ (very nice) where we started our negotiation which ended with us successfully purchasing the property. We have since had several conversations with Sean who has been the ultimate professional, he showed compassion and empathy throughout and seemed to really fight for us both, again another skill sadly lacking in other agents we have encountered.
