Alison Abel is the very best. Seriously. I've worked in Real Estate for 20 years (starting as a sales and letting agent). As an investment house, We bought 5 or 6 buildings from Alison this year so far. I can honestly say she's the best I've ever dealt with. High praise from an institutional real estate investor. She never wasted my time with unsuitable properties, always answers my calls, chases the council and professionals to get deals over the line. My lawyers loved her! (that never happens) Alison and her team are a credit to the Countrywide brand. If Countrywide were my company, I'd promote her to Head of Customer Experience and have her training all the negotiators, managers and progressers.
