I've been using houseman properties for the last 5years to rent my flat. They have always found tenants within a week of the last tenants leaving. Best property company I've rented through. Nothing is ever too much trouble and any problems, however minor, are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Despite the fact the property is managed by Houseman Properties for the landlord, I always feel that they are looking after me too and I'm never 'just the tenant'. Although the property isn't my house, it is very much my home and my opinion is always kindly taken into consideration if any work needs doing here. Too many horror stories around about renting, but absolutely not the situation here. Great agent, obliging landlord and I'm a very happy tenant!
