Dear Emma and Raphael Re: the Cottage We just wanted to say how impressed Gary and I have been with the advice and service you have given us since we ditched our old very annoying letting agent and gave our property to you. We gave you the property on a Tuesday and it was rented by the Friday to the first Couple who came to see it, they then paid the deposit whilst still on the drive!!
