We have been private landlords for nearly 30 years. We recently purchased a new flat and asked Houseman properties to find us a tenant. The service we received from day one was excellent. Their communication was great, and we were kept well informed of the level of interest and viewings. When a tenant was found the paperwork was extremely professionally managed and they rightly ensured that all compliance certificates were available.
