I've been renting a property managed by Alana at Manning Stainton and I've been consistently impressed with her service. She's always quick to respond to any issues, and she handles everything professionally and efficiently. When the boiler broke down Alana resolved it quickly and with minimal fuss and she is always happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend!

We are tenants through Manning Stainton and have had the fantastic help of Katie as our property manager. We were having problems with damp and mould so Katie arranged for a damp inspection which lead to damp-proofing work, re plastering, redecorating the whole room and a brand new wardrobe (of our choice!). Big thank you to Katie and our landlord for getting all of these improvements done.

We can’t thank Alex enough for his incredible support and efficiency after we experienced water damage in January. From the moment we reported the issue, he took charge, ensuring that everything was handled as quickly and smoothly as possible. He coordinated electricians, carpet installers, and other professionals to get our home back to normal in record time. He even arranged for the removal of a damaged sofa after two years (the landlady previously refused to remove it). Alex’s professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. We truly appreciate his efforts!
