She was warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable — I knew right away that I would be in safe hands. Throughout the viewings stage, I was mainly looked after by Dale, who was also absolutely lovely to deal with. I had previously listed my property with another local estate agent and, over the course of three months, only had one viewing booked with them. In complete contrast, Manning Stainton generated a steady stream of viewings from the moment my property went live. They would also keep jn touch with regular updates and advice. Once an offer had been made and accepted, I was supported by Danielle and Tyler. They were kind, professional and extremely helpful. I faced several challenges and frustrations with my conveyancer, and they guided me through every step, keeping me updated not only on my own sale but on progress across the rest of the chain. They genuinely did everything they could to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They also escalated any concerns I had regarding my conveyancer to their team that managed their panel of conveyancers, which helped things along. I am genuinely pleased that I chose Manning Stainton. Their communication, professionalism and support were outstanding, and I’m very happy to have successfully sold my home with them. Highly recommended! The only other thing to note, which is nothing to do with the service offered by Manning Stainton, is that I had a terrible experience with the conveyancers that MS recommend. I don’t think this is the norm, as the reviews the conveyancer have are mostly positive, but I would not recommend their conveyancers based on my experience.
