Emma Sutton (Valuation & Marketing Consultant) first met with me at the property to be sold. She arrived prompt at a convenient prearranged time (unlike another estate agent who arrived late) and was friendly yet professional. Emma was genuinely interested and enthusiastic, though not ‘pushy’, to sell the property. She took time to discuss how she would approach the sale and provided me with evidence of previous similar sales in the area, explaining how she had valued the property.
