Having bought & sold several properties across our lifetime this one is our final move. The experience with Sophie at Whitegates Crewe was probably the best that we have ever had. Clear, concise & informative during the negotiation process until the terms were agreed and solicitors put into action. Didn't expect to have to involve her again but, when a solicitor further down the chain proved to be slow & uncommunicative, she leapt into action and helped to push things to a successful conclusion. I nicknamed her Super Agent early on in the process and she certainly lived up to that tag!
