My experience so far with Whitegates Crewe has been second to none. Connor has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful with my many queries and has helped me to feel at ease during this very exciting (and a little bit scary!) time. He also highlighted the support from Whitegates' mortgage advisor, and while this was not something I was interested in personally due to already having an advisor, it was good to know the support was available if needed. I am confident that I will be supported throughout the whole journey to buying my first home. Thanks to the whole team! :)

You will not be disappointed using Whitegates to sell your home. In May they gave me a valuation which was very reasonable but I went with a different agent who told me ‘what I wanted to hear’. They were ok but left all the viewings to me with no guidance and in 5 months and only 5 viewings later (1 offer falling through) I went ‘cap in hand’ to Whitegates. They suggested a reasonable asking price and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I felt completely listened to and understood following my previous experience and the service was impeccable from every single member of staff. They carried out every viewing, returned calls and emails promptly, secured an offer and when the 1st offer fell through, secured a 2nd offer in 24 hours and only £5 under asking price. During Sale Progression I was given regular updates, even to say they were waiting to hear back from solicitors. I learnt the hard way that an agent can give you a figure that is attractive but getting the sale through to completion is another thing. The whole team should be very proud of themselves, they are great at what they do and give the impression it’s not just a job to them, they really care.

Easy buying process with reliable and consistent communcation from Connor and Sarah! There wasn't a question left unanswered and i couldn't recommend them both enough!
