I have been with Martin &Co for a umber of years now and they have kept me up to date and have reminded me of regular maintenance issues in plenty of time. They inform me of average rental rises and suggest any changes in rent they think I could achieve. I am very happy with their service and will continue with them in the near future. My tenants have been great which means the tenants were investigated thoroughly.
