First Class Service provided by Jack As a landlord for some years, I’ve been impressed with Jack over the past months by his proactive approach to routine inspections. Although I had my own gas engineer lined up, he nevertheless continued to ensure that everything was in order and when I was let down at the last minute, Jack quickly stepped in and arranged for it to be done. We had an urgent maintenance issue over the weekend, reported Sunday morning and got called back from as soon as they were notified, shortly after the contractor came to assess and diagnose the problem. We'd been looking for months for the right property in Nantwich and Martin & Co listed a great property at a really good price and Darcy organised a viewing for the next day with us. Darcy was not just very friendly and helpful but also understood the stress of moving for the first time as a young couple and quickly replied to any questions we had and even called us straight away to let us know when the landlord had accepted our application. It would only have been better if we could have collected our keys at 9.30am when the office opens, but the first appointment is 10.30am

Martin & Co have been a fantastic company to deal with, from being an aspiring landlord asking all the questions you can think off they would always answer and were happy to help, to the marketing off and tenancy going through on my property. I chose Martin & Co to market my property based on a few factors. Their ability to answer the phone 100% off the time compared to other companies who won't even bother to call back if you leave a message and when they did answer it wouldn't matter who you spoke to because all staff members had a great telephone manner and if that certain member of staff couldn't help you they'd arrange a call back which would actually happen (other companies don't bother). The market information they used to decide on the rental figure for my property was great too, rather than pick a figure out of the air or simply by opinion which had left me a bit baffled when speaking with other companies when they didnt really have any facts to backup their valuation other than "well that's what we think "they used market information which paid dividends when my property had multiple tenancy offers within 72 hours of going to market! I would highly recommend using Martin & Co, it's a great company with fantastic staff and I will only use them in the future!

From quickly finding a new tenant to dealing with an unexpected departure - including re-marketing, and very quickly locating new tenants, they managed to ensure continuity and at all times kept me well informed and with a most pleasant and professional demeanour. Like many other landlords I have used Martin and Co for a considerable number years in different aspects of property rental. I have always found them extremely professional and knowledgeable. Whilst all the staff are helpful I have worked with Toby Banfield perhaps the most and in my opinion he sets the standard for others to follow.
