Wanted to with hold deposit for wear and tear damages on the property that was damaged when we moved in. Also with held money for cleaning my old place (even though I spent 5 hours cleaning before handing in keys) I arrive at the new place after being charged a cleaning service to clean what I have already cleaned I arrived at the new place to find black mold everywhere, urine and feaces all around the toilet and much more. After i complained about them charging me a cleaning fee for the old place when the new place was in such a condition, all they could offer was to get the land lord to come by when he is next available to clean the property. As if i am going to live in that filth until such time that they decide when they want to clean it. This is going to be my last tenancy with martin and Co. If you want some good advice...
