Used Martins in Crewe to find tenants. Prompt and efficient service. Their credit check revealed prospective tenant has County Court Judgements against them! So Martins found an alternative tenant and to date they have been excellent. Accounts system also efficient. I would certainly use them again.

The staff and especially konrad, were helpful, got the viewing sorted quickly, and able to sort everything and in the rental house within a couple of weeks. The area that was confusing, was being congratulated s on having the property but the paperwork hadn't been completed. They need to way until the references and all the paperwork through homelet had been completed. This was an easy process and everything in one place. The other great thing is they do something called One Utility Bill, which is one amount that comes gas, electric, council tax, tv licence and water rates. That means no bills to thing about. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHEN LOOKING FOR A RENTAL.
