We started looking for a Bungalow within a given area… bungalows are very hard to find.. either to buy or rent Konrad found us one and completed the entire deal and had us in within 20 days. AND just prior to Christmas.. i call that Fantastic !!

Martin and Co have looked after my property for the last five years. They have been excellent in acquiring new tenants when necessary, very good communication when there have been issues, always easy to get hold of and very prompt responses to emails or phone calls. I have felt my property was in very safe and capable hands. There was a slight issue with a tenant leaving the house in a very dirty state which should have been dealt with before the new tenants moved in, but on the whole Martin and Co have been extremely competent. I would recommend them.
