I have been using Northwoods

I have been using Northwoods for the past five years. i have three properties on the guaranteed rental scheme. As i live abroad and have been unable to have a hands on approach in managing the properties the scheme has been invaluable. I have always found all members of the team to be friendly, efficient and willing to go the extra mile in helping me out or answering any questions i may have had. The systems in place allow the whole process to function seamlessly. All payments have been on time and all documentation is well presented. I'm so happy with the service that i am in the process of adding another two properties to my portfolio.
