I’d like to address the 3 points you raised: Selling for the lowest value: In 2019 year-to-date, we've achieved 98.7% of asking price on average, versus the national average of about 96% (source: getagent.co.uk). Was it that your property wasn’t worth as much as you were hoping? Fees: we have a 97% fee satisfaction rating on allagents.co.uk based on 752 reviews over several years. Could you let me know what part of our service did you feel was not worth our fee so I can be specific? We do work on a no sale/no fee basis, so we don’t charge a penny unless we get you across the finish line. That's a really big incentive for us to work as hard as possible, and provide great service so that buyers and sellers are really happy. Shop around: Yes agreed, anyone considering selling their property should definitely do their research!
