I viewed a property with helmores which I was very interested in. I asked questions on the appointment which their agent did not know the answers to, nobody came back to me with the answers after the viewing. I have emailed the office twice since the viewing that was a week ago and still no response?! On the viewing the agent made me feel like I was an inconvenience asking questions and said she doesn't know the answers as she is now disconnected from the office. Hi Chloe – thanks for your review, and taking the time to write it. We love ALL feedback good and bad, it lets us know what we’re doing right, but also where we need to improve and learn.
I’m so sorry we made you feel an inconvenience on the viewing, it’s absolutely not something that was intended and quite out of character. Hands up we absolutely should have answered your questions on or after the viewing, but it seems this slipped the net unfortunately. I think this was partly due to the property being a probate sale and the sellers (who aren't local) not having much information on the property.
