Nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond. Jonathan, after sales, was fantastic. He stayed in contact with us and chased the sellers, solicitors etc whenever needed - something that a lot of agents say they do, but don't. We cannot fault them and highly recommend them. They try their upmost to make the whole process as least stressful as possible from start to finish. On completion of the sale, we were given a lovely bottle of bubbly. The customer service from all the team is the best we have experienced in any house purchase. It's the little touches that matter, the going above and beyond, that show you are really dealing with a team that cares and knows how to do things properly, effectively and efficiently.
