"Will never use this agent..."

Will never use this agent again. When agreeing to let out property I could hear all agents cheering in the background as they let it before another agent did. It was very unprofessional. Promised stained carpet were to be replaced & a fresh coat of paint never happened. Garden was in a state overgrown. Being in the property we realised that it was full of damp and over time got worse. Someone from the agent came to take pictures nothing ever came of it. Over time damp got worse making us unwell we decided to leave as it wasn't fit for living in. Overall not a great agent will definitely avoid.
