Don't touch em with a barge-pole !!! Absolute joke. Was great Tennant's for 4yrs @ Property in Crawley - as soon as we refused new tenancy agreement due to Huge price increase to rent (2nd year on the trot) - all contact and replies ceased from themselves. They have not done what they need to do to release our deposit with DPS causing huge implications to us supporting and feeding our family. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUR THEIR TENANTS - UNLESS THEY KNOW THEY ARE MAKING MONEY OUT OF YOU. WOULD NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN..... CAN NOT EXPRESS ENOUGH - DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!
