The only agent fees I’ve never resented! Our great experience started with Liam - before we were even on the market. Every viewing we had booked through MR he’d beat us there, have things like the fires lit or windows open or would have tidied up if it was last minute. We were wowed every time and knew that if we were going to go on the market we’d want him showing people our home and all it had to offer. Paul did our appraisal - straight talking, didn’t try and fob us off with ‘agent chat’ and actually did some listening. We knew exactly what we needed for ours And needed in something new - and by the end of our meeting we felt like he really did too. Our circumstances changed and we had to come off the market temporarily, however he got our permission to contact if a ‘perfect’ house he had been dealing with decided to come to market. A typical sales ploy maybe, but that’s not their style so we trusted him. It paid off when a few weeks later we visited our now new home and Fell in love. He knew we would, but knew the current owners would love ours too - one step ahead.To save any false hope for the other side he got us to see the house first and then decide if we’d be happy for them to see ours. It was the perfect scenario. A few months later we have swapped homes and are so happy here! The only agent I’ve ever known to proactively chase solicitors and offer updates and tell you things straight when you need to hear it. Restores faith that there’s old fashioned agents out there who know their trade whilst embracing all the new ways of working to get people their dream homes. Thank you to Paul, Liam and team.

Amazing!!!! Can’t fault them. Moved several times but first time with move revolution. Best by fare from start to finish. Sold and bought my new house with them. If I was ever mad enough to move again. Move Revolution would be my first and only choice.

Louise gave us an honest valuation range of what price that we should accept in the market place and her strategy worked perfectly.
