Fantastic Estate Agents. We used Move Revolution for our second housesale in East Grinstead. Having sold before (using multiple agents after a period of no sale) I truly believed it didn’t matter what agent we used. Well I was wrong! Paul and his team took a real intererest in our property and it showed during viewings. They never sent a “weekend part timer” around who had never been there to do the viewings and they went above and beyond finding out all they could about the property in prder to sell it well. We sold within a week after being on the market for several months with a different agent who didn’t even achieve a second viewing. Fantastic throughout the sale process too. Paul and Ross at Move Revolution were great. They were very practical in their proposed pricing for the house I wanted to sell. heytdidn't try and 'hook me in' with a big asking price and they expedited the process of selling. The first buyer unfortunately fell through and Paul quickly found me another buyer. The second buyer was (thankfully) cash but very anxious and needed coaxing through the process. Paul and Ross did this beautifully. At one stage the buyer cried over boiler paperwork, Paul gave her essential hugs and organised a boiler service. This unusual combination of psychological and practical skills is laudible and, in the circumstances, very useful. I would undoubtedly use Move Revolution again. If only they had an East London office!!

In terms of lettings, Katie Rest was fantastic in keeping the communication between myself and the tenant seamless and made sure that all parties were satisfied with the rental conditions. I cannot praise Paul Brice from Move Revolution enough. Right from the day he showed me the property I am now living in, he was supportive, approachable, helpful, understanding and professional in every sense of the word. He went above and beyond what is expected of an estate agent. He liaised with solicitors and mortgage brokers up and down the chain, pulling miscommunication pieces of information together, sorting out differences and keeping all stakeholders on track in order to exchange at the right time. He was even contactable on holiday when there was an issue that needed to be resolved in a timely manner. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for Paul. I have very high standards and Paul met those every step of the way. What I particularly liked was how flexible he was during the process. He was contactable when needed and always returned calls and emails in a timely manner. Buying a house is one of the most stressful things one can go through and Paul made it far less stressful for me by staying constantly calm and reassuring. That was the key word for me, with Paul I was completely and always reassured that whatever the problem he would sort it out. I would recommend Paul Brice and Move Revolution as your choice of estate agent and even if they do not operate in your area I would advice you to move to an area they do operate in just so that your move can be as smooth as mine was thanks to Paul!
