The initial selling process is excellent and highly professional, with high quality photographs and the whole selling team coming round to familiarise themselves with the property before it's listed. Moving on to the next phase. Having sold two properties in the past, I had found myself constantly on the phone with the solicitors trying to sort things out, with occasional updates of information I was already aware of from the estate agents I used at the time, making me wonder what they actually offered other than the initial work of doing viewings and getting offers.
